Human Design Cognition

The way to cognition is through the seven sensors of smell, taste, outer vision, inner vision, feeling, touch and sound.
Our Cognition enables us to tune into more subtle layers of existence. It is usually regarded in terms of its everyday application to our digestion and how our specific cognition informs us of what is the correct food to eat.
For those with a Smell cognition it is the smell of the food that matters the most, for others it's the Taste that is the primary factor. For some it is through their Vision that they are know if the food will be beneficial, those with Outer Vision need the food to look beautiful, for others eating the first mouthful with closed eyes enables them to access their Inner Vision of the food in their "minds eye" to know if it is appropriate or not for them to eat it. Others with a Feeling cognition will make auric contact with the food and feel into whether it is the right food to eat or correct time to eat. There are also 'finger food' people that need to Touch their food in order to open up the body to digesting it.
