Human Design Motivation / Transference

Motivation is about what drives the mind. It is relative to the circumstances of the environment.

The scope of these drives involve six motivations: Fear, Hope, Desire, Need, Guilt and Innocence.

Transference happens to most of us, because of our early conditioning through incorrect eating, environment and so on. So the correct motivation of Fear transfers to someone who gets lost in thinking they Need this and that, Hope transfers to Guilt and Desire transfers to a false Innocence.
